What it was. GitHub's own dynamic workflow dynamic/pages/pages-build-deployment, the step that publishes a
GitHub Pages site. The site's Pages setting is build_type: workflow, so it published whatever deploy.yml uploaded.
deploy.yml was retired in PR #98 (merged f8e412cc, 14 Oct 2026); this was the last ACTIVE workflow on the repository.
What replaced it. The website is served by Cloudflare Pages project salus-website, deployed from this Mac:
python3 tools/mac-site-deploy.py (one command per page change; tools/site-standby.py deploy --sha <40> underneath).
salus-rooms.com and www were cut over to Cloudflare at 07:02:53Z and 07:05:20Z on 14 Oct 2026
(salus-brain reports/design_testing-off-github_2026-10-14.md sections 7a and 7b).
What was done (retired, never deleted). GitHub refuses to disable its own dynamic Pages workflow
(PUT .../actions/workflows/228392579/disable answered 422 "Unable to disable this workflow", 14 Oct 2026 08:5xZ).
It is dormant: 665 runs, the newest 2026-02-21T13:48:28Z, because the site's build_type is workflow, under which
it never fires. It is stopped by switching GitHub Actions OFF for the whole repository (design section 8), which also
means no Pages publish can run. The GitHub Pages site setting itself is LEFT IN PLACE as the failback target. Its
settings at retirement (read by GET /repos/scott100-max/Salus-Website/pages):

To restore (failback only). Switch Actions back on for the repository
(gh api -X PUT repos/scott100-max/Salus-Website/actions/permissions -F enabled=true), restore deploy.yml from this folder, and run
python3 tools/site-standby.py failback --host salus-rooms.com --host www.salus-rooms.com.
