Your right to erasure (UK GDPR Article 17). You can request deletion of your Salūs account and all personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. Choose the route that works for you below. We process all requests within 30 days; most are completed within 24 hours.
If you have the Salūs Rooms app installed:
If you don't have the app or prefer email, send a deletion request to [email protected]. Include the email address you used to sign up. We will reply with a confirmation link to verify the request, then permanently delete your account.
A small amount of data is retained where we are legally required to do so:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription billed by PayPal, Apple, or Google Play. Cancel the subscription before requesting deletion:
Most deletions complete within 24 hours of confirmation. Our maximum response time is 30 days from receipt of the request, in line with UK GDPR Article 12(3).
If you've forgotten which email you used or can no longer access it, email [email protected] from any address with as much detail as possible (sign-up date, last-used device). We will verify your identity through alternative means and process the deletion.
