Do I need to pay to use Salūs?
Salūs is a premium service with a free 7-day trial. After the trial, Premium unlocks everything: recorded sessions, sleep stories, ambient sounds, courses, and articles.
What do subscribers get?
Everything: hundreds of recorded sessions, sleep stories, ambient sounds, courses, and Applied Psychology articles. New audio sessions are added every week.
Can I use Salūs offline?
Yes. On the app, you can download sessions for offline listening. Go to any session and tap the download icon.
Subscriptions & Billing
How much does Premium cost?
In the app, the App Store or Google Play shows your local price and bills you directly. On the web, the checkout shows your regional price and bills via PayPal. Either way you can choose monthly or annual — just manage or cancel with whichever you signed up through.
How do I cancel?
For app subscriptions, manage it through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For web (PayPal) subscriptions, manage the payment in your PayPal account.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
For iOS or Android app purchases, refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play. For web purchases you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Contact [email protected] for help.

How do I change my password?
Go to your account dashboard and click “Change Password”, or use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account dashboard and use “Delete Account” in the Danger Zone. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From your account dashboard, click “Export My Data” and we’ll email you a copy.

How often is new content added?
We add 5 new audio sessions every week, including sleep stories and guided support for emotions and everyday moments.
