Do I need to pay to use Salūs?
Salūs is a premium service with a free 7-day trial. After the trial, Premium unlocks everything: recorded sessions, sleep stories, ambient sounds, courses, and articles.
What do subscribers get?
Everything: 1000+ recorded sessions, sleep stories, ambient sounds, courses, and Applied Psychology articles. New audio sessions are added every week.
Can I use Salūs offline?
Yes. On the app, you can download sessions for offline listening. Go to any session and tap the download icon.
Subscriptions & Billing
How much does Premium cost?
The checkout page shows your regional PayPal price before the trial starts. You can choose monthly or annual billing.
How do I cancel?
For PayPal subscriptions, manage the payment in your PayPal account. For app subscriptions, manage it through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by PayPal, Apple App Store, or Google Play. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period for web purchases. For iOS or Android app purchases, refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play. Contact [email protected] for help.
Account Management
How do I change my password?
Go to your account dashboard and click “Change Password”, or use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account dashboard and use “Delete Account” in the Danger Zone. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From your account dashboard, click “Export My Data” and we’ll email you a copy.
