This CBT-informed session draws on behavioural activation — the evidence-based practice of reconnecting with small, mood-lifting activities when depression or low motivation has hidden them from view. You will be guided to notice the inner list that still exists in you, even when it blurs, and to bring back into focus the ordinary things that once turned the day a quarter-turn. A gentle, practical exercise for the moments when nothing seems worth doing. Practise rebuilding your own activity menu so it is ready the next time the fog rolls in.
