After a Hard Conversation

13 min

Best for: the quiet after a difficult conversation

A fifteen-minute session for the strange interval after a difficult conversation has ended, when whatever was said has been said, and you are still you, but quietly rearranged. You'll practise a slow settling of the body and breath, naming what's still moving without rehearsing the conversation again. The aim isn't to resolve anything, but to give the nervous system a place to land before you re-enter the day.

Warm and unhurried, with a low steady ease, the slow exhale at the end of a long day.
