After the Email

12 min

Best for: steadying after a difficult message

This session is for the quarter-hour after an email or message has shaken you — when the body has translated the news faster than the mind can think. You'll practise noticing where the message has landed in the body, slowing the breath without forcing it, and letting the activation move through rather than locking in. The technique is grounded in interoceptive awareness and somatic settling, drawing on how the nervous system needs a moment of stillness before it can respond well. You'll leave with the message unchanged, but the body steadier and the next move clearer.
