After the Ping is a mindfulness practice for the interval that follows a work notification — before you open anything, before you respond. Drawing on breath awareness and body sensing, it guides you through the moment of summons, helping you recognise the pull of urgency without being moved by it. You'll practise sitting with the after-ring: noticing what the body felt, releasing the sense of obligation, and choosing how to return. A session for anyone whose nervous system has learned to answer before thinking does.
