Best for: over-apologising when asking for things
Many of us pad every request with cushioning words — "sorry to bother you", "this is probably silly", "if it's not too much trouble" — until the actual asking disappears. In this session you set that parcel of softening phrases down and breathe slowly while you picture the request as it really is, unwrapped. You'll practise drawing a calm breath, naming what you want in plain terms, and letting it occupy the room without justification. Over a few quiet minutes you build the felt sense that a clear ask is allowed, and needs no apology in front of it.
