Best for: flight anxiety and pre-boarding nerves
This session meets you in the boarding queue, where anticipation, crowds, and the press of strangers can spike anxiety before the flight has even begun. You'll practise breath-led grounding — long exhales through slightly parted lips — paired with a soft awareness of the queue's natural rhythm of step, wait, step. Together they unhook the nervous system from the urge to brace, scan, or check. You arrive at your seat already partway settled, rather than carrying the gate's tension onto the plane.
