Best for: holding onto things out of habit
This letting-go session turns its attention to the boxes — literal or otherwise — that move with you from shelf to cupboard, never opened, never gone. Using slow breath and soft noticing, you'll practise sitting with what you've kept out of habit rather than need. The technique is gentle observation paired with permission: no decisions, no sorting, no resolve to act. You leave knowing the box can stay, and so can you.
