This short mindfulness session begins with one of the oldest anchors in meditation — counting the breath. You'll rest your attention on a number that arrives with each out-breath, no reaching or forcing required. Then, gently, you'll practise releasing the count itself, discovering that awareness can hold steady without anything to grip. A soft, low-effort way to quiet a busy mind.
