Best for: staying grounded when anxiety surges
Anxiety can feel like being tossed on rough water with nothing to hold you in place. In this session you will practise locating a quiet anchor beneath the surface noise — the steady awareness that does not need to fight the waves to remain whole. Through breath, body, and the imagery of a boat at anchor, you will learn to let thoughts and sensations pass without being pulled away by them. A grounding practice for moments when everything around you feels unsteady.
