From Worry to Action
Best for: rumination and avoidance
When worry becomes a habit of looking away, the pile grows and the day shrinks around it. This session uses the image of an unopened letter on a kitchen table to map how avoidance quietly compounds, then guides you to choose one tiny, concrete action you can take today. You'll practise narrowing a vague worry to a single next step, small enough to actually do. A grounded practice for moving from rumination into motion.
