Living with the Unknown is a meditation for the discomfort of uncertainty — the worry, the bracing, the urge to plan your way out. Using the image of a window onto unrehearsed weather, you'll practise observing what is unresolved without trying to control it. The session draws on acceptance-based techniques to loosen the body's grip on not-knowing, so uncertainty can be present without being threatening. A soft place to land when the future feels uncatchable.
