Best for: anxiety and safety behaviours
We all carry small safety behaviours into anxious situations — the rehearsed phrase, the planned escape, the reassurance we reach for — and they quietly teach us we can't cope without them. This CBT session helps you notice your own safety net with curiosity instead of shame, then practise loosening your grip on it in a calm, low-stakes way. You'll work with the cognitive-behavioural idea that dropping a safety behaviour is an experiment, not a leap, and that each release gives you real evidence of your own capability. By the end you'll have a felt sense of what it's like to stand without the net and stay standing.
