Best for: starting somewhere new and unfamiliar
This session meets you on the evening of a day that asked you to learn somewhere new — a job, a city, a room where you knew no one. Through gentle body awareness, we let the spine release the postures it borrowed from unfamiliar chairs and doorways, and let the breath slow from its quiet vigilance. You'll practise letting the nervous system file its report without needing to fix or explain anything. A meditation for arrival, for landing, for the particular loneliness of being new.
