First Ten Minutes
Best for: arriving into focused work
This calm-focus session is a guided rehearsal for the first ten minutes of any focused work, the threshold most of us trample before we register it. You'll practise arriving deliberately rather than barging in with attention still trailing in the corridor behind you. Through paced breathwork and gentle attentional cues, you'll learn to enter a task with the same care you'd use stepping into a quiet room. A short, practical reset for anyone who wants their work to begin where they actually are.

Warm and unhurried, with a low steady ease, the slow exhale at the end of a long day.
