Best for: all-or-nothing thoughts
Half-Truth is a CBT-based session for the thoughts that feel persuasive because they contain a piece of reality. Rather than arguing with the thought or forcing positivity over it, the practice helps you identify what is true, what is missing, and what the mind has quietly added. You will work with a slower, more balanced form of attention, separating evidence from conclusion and pressure from fact. It is useful when a painful thought sounds accurate enough to take charge, but not complete enough to be trusted alone.
