This session works with the smallest of self-compassion gestures — a hand placed flat against your own chest. You'll be guided to draw slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth, letting the warmth and pressure of your own palm become an anchor. There's no phrase to repeat, no technique to master — only the meeting of breath and touch. A practice for moments when kindness needs somewhere to land.
