Hands at Rest - Salus Rooms

Best for: hand awareness, embodied mindfulness, settling after busy work

This mindfulness session turns attention towards the hands: the part of the body that has been typing, holding, gripping, paying, scrolling, and reaching all day. Marco guides you slowly through the actual sensations of resting hands — the cooler backs, the warmer palms, the faint pulse in the fingertips, the spaces between the fingers, and the small marks left by a life of use. The practice is simple and embodied: let the hands stop doing for a few minutes, and feel them as they are. In that quiet attention, the whole body can begin to remember that it is here, supported, and no longer required to keep reaching.
