We all spend energy steering things that don't respond to our hands — other people's moods, outcomes already decided, the shape of a day that's already happened. In this CBT-based session you'll slow down and turn over a single quiet question: which part of all this actually answered to you? You'll practise separating what's genuinely within your influence from what isn't, and gently releasing the grip on everything in the second column. It's a calming, practical exercise in trading the strain of control for the steadiness of focused effort.
