Hands That Won't Settle
Best for: restlessness and physical anxiety
This session works with one of anxiety's most overlooked tells: the small, unbidden movements of the hands. You'll practise a soft, observational attention, noticing what the fingers are doing without trying to override them. Through guided awareness and extended silences, you'll learn to read the hands as a barometer rather than a problem to fix. A grounded approach for anyone whose body fidgets when the mind is asked to settle.

Tender and reassuring, steady when things aren't, present and calm without ever overpromising.
