Itch, Unscratched

Best for: sitting with urges without reacting

Itch, Unscratched is a gentle exercise in tolerating a small, ordinary discomfort without acting on it. Rather than resisting or defeating the itch, you'll practise staying close beside the sensation while watching the impulse to scratch arrive, build, and fade untouched. It's a low-stakes way to train the gap between an urge and a response — the same gap that matters with cravings, restlessness, and reactivity. You'll come away with a felt sense of how sensations move through and dissolve when left alone.
