This session meets anxiety as a visitor in the body rather than an enemy to defeat. You will settle the spine, follow the breath, and practise keeping company with difficult sensation without trying to fix or outrun it. Drawing on acceptance-based principles, the practice trains the nervous system to soften around what is here, trusting the truth that everything that arrives also passes.
