Best for: learning to receive without deflecting
There is a quieter courage than charging through fear: the bravery of staying still while something kind is offered, and letting it land. In this session you'll recall a recent moment of receiving and notice what the body did — the half-step backward, the qualifying joke, the immediate gift back. You'll then practise softening the place between the collarbones, meeting the eyes a beat longer than is comfortable, and allowing 'thank you' to stand on its own. A meditation for anyone who has spent years quietly widening the distance between care offered and care received.
