Long Afternoon of Worry
Best for: afternoon worry that won't let go
A meditation for the long middle of the day, when worry has been going on as long as the hours have. You'll practise noticing the shape of the worry without trying to solve it, letting attention settle on the body and breath rather than the turning thought. Through paced breathing and gentle awareness, the grip of the afternoon's anxiety begins to soften. By the end you'll feel less tangled in the loop and more present to the rest of the day.

Tender and reassuring, steady when things aren't, present and calm without ever overpromising.
