After an argument, the body stays loud long after the voices stop. This session works with the breath and a slow body scan to bring your nervous system down from fight, so the next sentence you speak is one you actually mean. You'll practise noticing the residue without rehearsing the row, and softening enough to hear yourself again. By the end, the door is still closed — but you'll know whether you want to open it.
