Nothing in Particular

16 min

Best for: an overworked, goal-driven mind

We so often arrive at meditation expecting a job to do — somewhere to place attention, something to get right. This session gently removes the task altogether. You'll practise resting in open, undirected awareness, letting the mind settle without an instruction to follow or a goal to reach. It's an invitation to discover the ease that appears when nothing in particular is required of you.
