One Colour, Followed

18 min

Best for: a restless, overthinking mind

This session uses a single, deliberate point of focus to steady a restless mind. You'll choose one colour and then track it through your whole field of vision — the obvious patches and the half-hidden ones — letting the eye do the work the thinking mind usually crowds out. It's a grounding attention practice that needs nothing but the room you're already in, and it gently trains the capacity to land on the present rather than the next thought.
