One Cup, Slow
Best for: mindful drinking, slowing down, everyday sensory presence
This mindfulness session turns one ordinary cup into a full practice field. Tea, coffee, hot water, or an imagined cup becomes a way to meet the senses slowly: the colour held at the surface, heat through ceramic or glass, steam against the face, scent arriving before taste, and the warmth travelling down through the body after a single sip. Marco guides the attention into the often-missed space between sips, where the mind wants to hurry towards the next small future and the cup simply waits. A grounded practice for slowing down, returning to the senses, and letting an ordinary daily ritual become large enough to live inside for a few minutes.

Warm and unhurried, with a low steady ease, the slow exhale at the end of a long day.
