Best for: avoidance and facing feared situations
We all have a thing we walk the long way round to avoid — and avoidance only lets that fear grow taller in the empty space we leave behind. Drawing on graded exposure, a core CBT technique, this session helps you name what you have been sidestepping and break it into a ladder of small, achievable steps. You will practise identifying the very first rung — the smallest move that is still genuinely yours to make — and learn how facing it shrinks the fear instead of feeding it. By the end you will have one concrete, doable step rather than a wall of dread.
