Best for: over-explaining and softening what you need
Many of us soften a request until the need underneath disappears — stacking on justifications, a quick apology, and a polite door left open behind us. This CBT-based session works with the gap between the clear thought and the over-explained sentence that comes out of the mouth. You'll practise locating the plain need, dropping the staircase of justification, and saying it once without inflating or defending it. A short, focused rehearsal in direct, unhedged communication.
