Best for: low-energy days and depleted motivation
A motivation session for days when the body has only just arrived and the wanting has had to be drawn from a thinner well. You'll practise breathing at the pace tired allows, letting each breath find its own quieter shape rather than forcing pace or effort. The session works with the tiredness instead of against it, building motion from the smallest possible movement. By the end you'll have shown up — not as your fullest self, but as the self that's actually here today.
