Best for: the aftermath of a panic spike
This session meets you in the aftermath of a spike — when the mind knows the danger is gone but the body has not yet heard. You'll practise soft visual anchoring on something close and unimportant, paced exhalations, and a gentle scan that lets the bracing release in its own time. The aim is not to rush calm, but to let the descent happen at the pace the body actually moves. A quiet companion for the slow walk back from alarm.
