Not every worry is a problem to be solved — some are simply fears looking for somewhere to land. Drawing on a core cognitive behavioural therapy skill, this session guides you to take the question your mind has been turning over all day and ask one clarifying thing of it: is this solvable, or not? You'll practise routing solvable worries toward a concrete next action, and meeting unsolvable ones with acceptance rather than endless rehearsal. The result is a calmer, clearer relationship with the worries you carry.
