Standing in the Queue

16 min

Best for: anxiety in everyday public moments

This session meets you in the middle of an ordinary queue, when the wait itself becomes the trigger. You'll practise a grounded breath and a soft, unforced attention that needs no closed eyes or visible change in posture. The technique borrows from interoceptive awareness — noticing breath, feet, and contact points — so you can settle without anyone around you noticing. By the end, the line is still there, but it holds you less tightly.
