Standing in the Queue
Best for: anxiety in everyday public moments
This session meets you in the middle of an ordinary queue, when the wait itself becomes the trigger. You'll practise a grounded breath and a soft, unforced attention that needs no closed eyes or visible change in posture. The technique borrows from interoceptive awareness, noticing breath, feet, and contact points, so you can settle without anyone around you noticing. By the end, the line is still there, but it holds you less tightly.

Tender and reassuring, steady when things aren't, present and calm without ever overpromising.
