Anxiety prepares the body to run, then leaves it stranded in a chair. This walking meditation works with that chemistry instead of against it, using rhythmic steps and breath to discharge the current under your skin. You'll practise pairing pace with breath, letting the ground take the weight your nervous system has been carrying. By the end, the charge has somewhere to land.
