Through gentle body awareness and breath, you'll practise noticing the shape your nervous system takes in that loud second between ring and decision. Rather than trying to make the response disappear, you'll learn to be with it: the lit screen, the appearing name, the ribcage's answer. A practice in meeting anticipatory anxiety where it actually lives — in the body, before thought.
