Gratitude
Sessions for noticing what was already given, small things, specific anchors, and what has carried you through without being asked.
Not positivity, accuracy: the mind is built to count what is wrong and skip what is working. Useful for survival, lousy for a life. Gratitude practice re-weights attention toward what is already true and good, on purpose, until noticing becomes a habit rather than a mood. Every session here is signed off by our BSc (Hons) & MSc Psychology team. Go deeper: The Research Behind Loving-Kindness Meditation.
