A Better Sleeping Life

Three weeks to understand sleep, untangle the night-thinking mind, and build a sleeping life — without forcing it.

Twenty-one guided sessions across three phases — how sleep actually works, what the mind does at night, and the ordinary daytime habits that quietly shape it. About ten minutes a day. Listen in the daytime or evening, not at lights-out.

This course is educational and draws on established sleep science and behavioural approaches. It is not medical treatment or clinical CBT-I. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, drowsy driving, severe insomnia, or take prescribed sleep medication, please continue your clinician's care alongside.
