Overthinking
When your brain won't shut up. Sessions to quiet the noise and let go, for a racing mind, a busy head, the nights you're thinking too much and can't switch off.
The short science: a worry that feels unfinished stays open. The mind replays it, hunting for an ending it can't find at night. Attention has one channel: give it one steady thing to follow (a voice, the breath, a slow scene) and the loop loses its grip. That is what these sessions do, and it is enough. No jargon, no homework: press play and let the pace slow you down. Every session here is signed off by our BSc (Hons) & MSc Psychology team.
